Personality(Goth,Emo etc.): He is a bit outgoing, and a tad arrogant. Short-tempered when it comes to comments about his size. Other than that, he is kind, loving, caring, and selfless.

History: ((Oi vey... here I go... 7_7)) Kip was only seven when he and his little brother, Alexander, were captured by Amestrains. His parents were killed in the[Ishbalan] War/Rebellion. Alexander was seperated from him, and Kip hasn't seen him since. Kip gave the Amestrians a fake name, so he could later become part of the military without having to worry about them having his real records on file.
When he was little, Kip practiced alchemy, even though his race forbid it. His parents supported him due to his young age. As he aged, however, they began to shun him. Kip still practiced, to protect his younger brother in case harm ever came their way. After his capture, Kip worked even harder to improve his skills, usually during the middle of the night, or when there were no guards around. His alchemic skill eventually led to his escape.
He escaped to Dublith, where he trained under Izumi Curtis. She died shortly after, due to intenal and terminal sickness, and he set off to become a State Alchemist.
He later passed the State Exam with flying colors, because of his ability to perform alchemy without transmutation circles. Kip earned the name 'The Frozen Rain Alchemist.' He is still in search of his brother, and uses his place in the military to get whatever information he can on the whereabouts of where Alexander might be.
